    Not necessarily. We’re happy to begin the design conversation first and help guide you in selecting land that fits your vision and budget.
    Timelines vary based on complexity and permitting, but most custom builds take between 8–14 months from design to completion. We’ll provide a realistic schedule during your consultation.

    We offer in-house architectural design led by an experienced architect with a degree in Architecture. This allows us to manage both the creative and construction aspects of your project, streamlining the process and ensuring a cohesive vision from the start. When needed for permitting, we also work with licensed engineers to provide stamped plans.
